To receive from this being is a gift ! Grace has created such a safe and gentle space for all our parts and pieces to land , right on time. I love receiving body work from a facilitator that takes time to understand not only my physical state but also my emotional and mental- recognizing all of these pieces contribute to our experience. This time with grace helped me realize, this is the self care I need and the seed planted to continue to care for myself in ways that are effective for me. I am so lucky to know her and see this life’s work come to fruition!

Grace is tremendous. My wife and I saw her for a therapeutic massage while vacationing in Charleston , and it completely transformed the trip. Our only regret is not scheduling the appointment at the start instead of the middle, the deep relaxation it triggered gave us the best night’s sleep we’ve had in YEARS, and that calm carried us through the rest of our stay.
